Developing ESP to Appreciate the Experience

Developing ESP is important in order to receive and interpret the many possible message forms. People joke all the time about having ESP when something they predicted comes to pass. But true ESP is a psychic ability, and the psychic must train in order to be able to send and receive messages without static.

Sometimes we are able to predict the likelihood of a future event by using subliminal information. In that case, the prediction is actually more the final result of a mental theory. You may not event be completely aware of your logic and thought processes.

ESP, on the other hand, is an ability the psychic recognizes and nurtures. Developing ESP is similar to developing the other senses you possess – the more practice and training you have the more heightened the sense becomes. Of course, ESP takes the extra sense to another whole level – the psychic level to be precise.

Not a Hunch or a Guess

ESP is usually divided into 3 primary categories which are precognition, clairvoyance and telepathy. ESP uses the inner sense and not the five senses to receive and transmit information between the natural and spirit worlds. Some people call it a “sixth sense”.

ESP can involve messages delivered in a variety of ways. Being able to make sense of this information is the purpose behind developing ESP. ESP can be a vision or a feeling. ESP is related to terms like premonition, precognition, insight and second sight. ESP can involve images, dreams, symbols, thoughts and feelings.

When a psychic determines the gift of sixth sense exists there are many ways to go about developing ESP. It’s important the sense be developed, so the psychic knows when a message is actually being received. Without the proper training and experience, ESP events can be confusing or even ignored.

Through Time and Distance

ESP is a special psychic power that can travel both distance and time. Someone with ESP may be able to read another person’s mind through telepathy (distance). On the other hand, a psychic with ESP can also look into the past or the future (time). What is disconcerting to the untrained psychic is when images of an unhappy event come to pass.

Developing ESP can involve several different methods.
